Image Compression

Compressing images for the web is important. It means your pages load faster which makes for a better experience for visitors to your website. But you also want your images to display beautifully. Good compression of your images can give you the best of both worlds.

There are a number of ways to do this but we use a great service tinypng.com. It allows you to upload up to 20 images and compress them without having an account. I’d definitely recommend their annual plan. At USD$39 per year it is a bargain.
